Three years?!
Wednesday, December 05 2007 @ 02:34 PM CST

...How time flies when you're having fun!

Three years ago I Googled "GarageBand" and happened upon this community.

Amazing.

At the time, I'd all but given up on music and singing--having been away from it for so long--but I had to satiate my curiosity on that freebee music program that had come with my new iBook.

Now, I can't imagine how much joy of creativity I would have missed out on if I had subscribed to the notion (as I had) that my 'singing days' were a thing of the past.

To those of you who have assisted me and been sooooo very patient with me and the learning curve of home recording and the equipment and software programs needed to do that, thank you.

I've gotten so much support and encouragement, had a great time collaborating, and made some wonderful friends here at MacJams.

Thank you!! Smile

It is we who owe you the thanks, Cat. Your contributions to this site have been very significant, and you have helped shape MacJams into the wonderful community it is.

This place is much richer for your presence.

Your Fan,

-Patrick

Happy Anniversary, Cat... you were one of the first friendly MacJammers I encountered here.

Ouch! I just noticed my 3-year anniversary passed by last month. Oh well, I'll just have some of your cake and pretend. Wink

In the meantime...
