RIP Leonard Cohen

Singer, Songwriter and Poet Leonard Cohen died peacefully at his home yesterday at age 82.

R.I.P. Leonard.

I've loved L.C.'s music ever since I first heard "Suzanne" on FM radio back in 1968.

You'll be missed Len.

Awright ... so-sorry to have to do this, but:   “I hereby declare the year 2016 to be over!   Right now!”   No more wonderful musicians are permitted to “die in the year 2016,” because, as of this moment, the year 2016 is officially finished.

Furthermore, it is hereby instructed to go straight to its room, without any supper!!

Yep, Suzanne included my favorite lyrics. The juxtaposition of love story, imagery, religious outtakes, created a whole grater than the parts. Fabulous. And then I married a Suzanne. Leonard may have changed my life...
