I have a new harp! She's much better than my old one - 22 strings, with levers, and a proper size lap-harp (as opposed to my 15 string, non-levered, shoddily made knee-harp). She's currently breaking in her new strings, then I'll record a couple of pieces for you guys to hear the difference. I'm trying to learn a lovely version of Scarborough Fair that I'll record and post up when I've learnt how to play it without messing up the notes....heh!

When the stars shine bright through the engines trail, and the dust of another drops behind, when my ship is free of the open sky, it's a damn fine day to my way of mind.

Are you thinking that will give you an *edge* with the man at the Pearly Gates, Fran? I think they dig The Blues there, too. Laughing Out Loud

Thanks, everyone!

Ooh, Rebsie, she's lovely! I'll take a piccie of mine this week for you all. Yeah, she does take a little longer to tune....talking of which, I'm taking her to a re-enactors meeting this eveing, so I better go and get her relatively tuned (I'll fine-tune her when I get there - it's only a ten minute car journey).
