I am Debussy fan
It is always a treat when MO uploads one.

This one has a very echoey synth sound that is interesting to hear.

And of course the pics and description are real highlights at your site here. They are among my favs to come to here at MJ!

Thanks for sharing MO

What a fun piece :-) Excellent take on that - like Debussy playing around with a synthesizer. Good work and a pleasure to listen :-)

Scotty Carlos & Ragtime MOOG!
Funny, I was just debating with my dad about how it actually takes a lot of talent to re-invent something like this by choosing appropriate synth-instruments and make it sound fresh and fun. He is a classical purist and has always hated the "Switched on Bach" stuff (but secretly loved the Spike Jones spoofs, whatever..)

Anyway, I appreciate the fact that anybody can just assign weird synths to a piece... but it takes a master with a keen ear to expand a piano piece out to a fuller orchestra, and choose synths that complement the piece and add true whimsy to the music. As always, you have done both of these VERY well!

Drakonis

The synths work quite well in this piece. I like how your orchestrated this well known work! It kind of has a video game sound to it now, perfect, as this was a litle piece of salon music. Updated salon music!

Love it
I love the sounds you use here; they convey a 'classic synthesis' feel to me, bringing to mind Tomita and others who brought the Moog to public attention back in the late '60s. Very clever, and very tastefully done. You are building a very impressive catalog of work!

sorry I'm so late to the party here - this is REALLY cool. Like the synth sounds, and, as was said earlier, the "refreshing twist". thanks!
