Lyrics
Where has the Sun Gone
you tell me what you want
you tell what you need
i cant give you nothing honey
but this pretty little seed
where has the sun gone
and is it gone forever
will it come back someday
should we just give it some time
i ask you what you hear
i ask you what you see
you sound like the wind
high up in the trees
ya we make a little something
we drink a little wine
we open up our hearts tonight
we are hopeful for a time
where has the sun gone
and is it gone forever
will it come back someday
should we just give it some time
our love is being tested
in the darkness out of sight
i suppose thats the best way
when the days are endless nights
some times my hearts so empty
an illusion of time so unfilled
i hope in the spring time we can start to rebuild
where has the sun gone
and is it gone forever
will it come back someday
should we just give it some time
kiss me
take off my clothes
i do the same for you
let me see those eyes let me so those eyes
where has the sun gone
and is it gone forever
will it come back someday
should we just give it some time

sun comes sun goes
This has a great overall feel. it rolls along very smoothly and feels comfortable. 10 songs in 28 days. boy what a motivation.

the synth adds a nice touch and supports the acoustics nicely.

excellent tune!

You need a few million listeners.
You're kidding... you did this song quickly? Evidently you've got a clear idea of what you want, what you need. Great presence, your vox ought to be heard by millions. I hope it is. Unique artists don't come along that often.

thought and time
thanks. this was the first song i finished for the challenge. there was an incredible amount of talent and i was always inspired to rise to meet it. every one was given blog space and a player so you could talk about your experience and also post work as you made it for feed back. it truly took me a month to recover from the thought and time that i put into it. i didn't start writing till feb 1st which is the way the challenge e is designed to work. i would work most nights from 10pm till about 2 am.sleep , work all day as a chef/manager of a high volume restaurant, come home hang with my wife and 4 year old, get them to sleep and start to work on the songs again. at most i took 5 days off during the month and had the cd finished and in the mail to them on march 1st. i will defiantly do it again next year.

Really wonderful
song/vocal and love the pro production. It would take me 28 days just tweaking the mix and it still wouldn't sound anywhere near this good.
Downloaded. Thanks.
Cheers
Len
