Lyrics
If I said i was sorry
if I take the blame
Would you feel any better
Would you feel the same

Take it or leave it
What can I say
Take it or leave it
Just walk Away

I cant say I'm sorry
We know whos to blame
Cuz the reasons are easy
It wont ever change

Time won't change
The reasons why
We said goodbye
I won't cry

Take it or leave it
What can I say
Take it or leave it
Just walk away

kickin out the stops
I really like the basic song. Guitar sound is good. Singing is very "thin" as far as EQ goes, it sounds sort of tinny... probably needs a little less upper-midrange. May also want to put a little teeny more room reverb on the vox to get it to "melt in" more with the music, it stands out a bit, but that may be fixed by the EQ. Also, the song is solid, but pretty basic, guitar, drums & vox... maybe add some harmony vox in the chorus to add some spice?

Overall, good strong growly song. Worth working on some more! Hopefully others with better ideas and explanations will chime in.

ttfn,
Drakonis

Kewlio
We used a "megaphone" effect on the vox to make it different, that may be the reason for the lack of eq on the vox...maybe if i take off the effect and keep it "dry" and add a touch of reverb it will be better, who knows, it was a really kewl thing to try out tho! I'll try another mixdown and see what i can come up with, thanks guys for all the great feedback! THIS is what MacJams is all about, sharing ideas and thoughts....Again, Thanks
