TAL brown-haired smile
dark eyes, dark thoughts, she is a dangerous one to meet, and more dangerous to buy coffee for. beware the tall brown haired lady. she'll sweep through your mind, taking your thoughts with her. she'll play with your hair, take up your dare, say yes with flair, ask if you care, and when you are ready for more...
she's not there.

love the sultry swing here... and when I was ready for more, it ended.
ttfn,
Drakonis

How dub you is... :)
Ah, the cavernous patina, feel the voodoo... If you can listen to this song without rolling your shoulders and moving your neck, then you have issues. Interesting mix of whimsy and dread here... like a tourist who ventured off the beaten path, to their demise... Coolness...

I'm a sucker for dub
inspired choice Vic. I'm a big fan of Augustus Pablo and King Tubby. You did great job with the tal bringing Dub to the moment and beyond. Excellent fat bass and sweet melodies. Very cool.

nice one Vic
at 30 seconds a fuzzy little sound comes in and I am pretty envious of it. really into your idea of doing a dub track with the synth; bold move I must say. were you able to get the delays from the synth or did you fake a dub delay with volume automation? great job.

Casbah Dub
I love this. Has a North African feel, imo, but I can't say why. Maybe those synth riffs you've got in there, set against that lovely baseline. Anyway, not Caribbean for me! Great mix. Very cool. Very different. Very nice.

I've DLed, cheers.

Ya Mon!
Not into dubby goodnez, I found dis entertaining with the bounce, but I wonder why mon- you would choose not to continue your lines across the point of repose once in a while? Is dub dat mannered?

Little brown dub
Now that's impressive! The bass line and tone is an attention grabber. But there's a subtlety to it, almost like someone whispering something you really want to hear. Then each subsequent sound is a new and tasty layer in this delicious dip!

ah
just poured a cup of joe saw your song and said there aint no better time then right now so off I listened , Dub isn't something I would expect from you but what do I know about what you can do. I like the swell with the leading synth behind it dark but upbeat unexpected and primal in a strange kind of way, my only nit pick would be to make it longer

cool shirt
thanks for the appreciation. I'm afraid this track relies a bit much on speakers with good lows. Making "radio ready" tracks that sound good on any kind of speakers is still a black art to me.

Very cool Vic
I too like the Island feel of you song. The Bass carrying the song along is a nice touch, I was scared away by the 1 synth challenge, so I commend you for taking it on and doing such a good job on it. Brave Vic

Its got bottom! - um the song I mean
This did exercise the subs! Nice track. I was listening in the very beginning trying to guess the meter and when it kicked in with a beat was dead on - great transition.

Lot's
of great sounds here Vic, a really nice bottom end that sounds great through my speakers, just what you need for this genre.
Love the synth sounds that weave in and around that great bass line, very much enjoyed.

Big bottom
Nice rolling gait to this one, and it sounds like it was pretty fun to play. You've also shown admirable restraint in the way you built it up. Warm sounds and easy on the ears.

I was really into the mood of the piece. Dangerous, but who cares when there's this much fun to be had. I had to play it a couple times. I could not get enough. Thanks.
