Description
I started out on this one with a drumset track using a roland td-12 kit. Played live to a click track. Then added parts. It was fun! Came together using my sample library. Various Logic sound engines.

It's fun to do these experiments
I find that I actually learn more from them than I think I do, if that makes any sense. Nice bop!

I need some more horn samples
for dance music. I have alot, but would always like more! Thx. I'm a dance writer. Tribal can be very cool in the setting. More vocal too. I'm working up to do them myself!

Thanks
I am too humbled. I'm a student by nature. I love logic and garageband. I've been following the musical career of David Gilmour from Pink Floyd and got some of his approach. Wow. God bless.

Way too cool!
Great use of your samples. This would make a really good dub track, imo. Notice you have inserted some great dubby FX at times [1.45]. You should put in some more! "World Funk Dub". There - a new genre!

Great track anyway.

I kind of wrote it by intuition. Ive been listening to roger waters and was feeling that synth larger than life thing. I enjoyed writing and playing it.

I think I might try another style. I like to play the drum parts live on e drumset. It takes time, but am enjoying the process. I play and write on my time off from work. Also interested in children's song ala nick channel.

I have fun recording and relaxing in my home studio. Some years ago I started writing my own drum and bass riffs and then keyboard parts came via a sequencing keyboard and progressed from there to learning how to play/write the parts in my arrangeme... [see more]
