Good Time

Description
Good Time is an ode to that special party girl who may just have broke your heart. A Rachel original, we've really enjoyed producing a few of her new songs very simply, in preperation for our stage debut.

Lyrics
Pretty face, nice legs, breakin hearts all over the place.
But not mine, no more, I've found a way out the door.

And you can have your own good time, but you cannot have mine.

Poor souls, don't see, your underground ability.
Well your looks, can kill, and you better believe they will!

Well you can have your own good time, but I've got better things in mine.

Do you know, how deep, your devious eyes can creep?
Well I've seen, what you do, and may God have mercy on you!

Well you can have your own good time, but I will have my peace of mind.

Pretty face, nice legs, breakin hearts all over the place.
But not mine, no more, I've found a way out the door.

And you can have your own good time, but you cannot have mine.
Said you can have your own good time, but you cannot have, you cannot have, you cannot have mine!

Excellent
I'm not too sure about the backing vocals, but Rachels
lead is great. fabulous voice.
Good guitar and catchy melody..

Excellent
The backing vocal you hear is actually a filter on Rachel, it doubles her up an
octave down sounding a bit more male. It's supposedly the line I would sing
on stage. So we'll see about replacing it with the real thing in the recording.
Thanks.

Great lead vocal
I love the power of your vocal performance.
The guitar seemed a little repetitive but still enjoyable.
The abrupt ending is excellent! Not many songs can work
with that.

Great lead vocal
Thanks, yeah we like having actual endings to our songs, and this one was a
lot of fun when we realized it worked. It is a very short song, though we may
change up the guitar more or add a bass line / both.

I love your strength
I love the way you sing from the gut. Its immensely
powerful.
oh and I would love a motu 828...
I agree with slimmie on most parts but I'm just her yesgirl.
Actually i like the sound of the SenH mic. I always liked
them but they can be touchy sometimes. Although I
haven't used any of the newer ones.

This reminds me a bit of..

Pat Benatar. Your energy in your singing really makes this song. Good rock and roller. And I like your guitar playing.

Dustin was wearing a Twizzlers t-shirt the night we met. I thought he looked interesting so I asked him to light my cigarette. We talked for all of 15 minutes before we crossed the subject of music, that we both did and would, and so it went. Ther... [see more]
