Description
Some times it's no one's fault and no one to blame...It just is what it is.

I had a lot of fun playing this one,and Woody really came through and belted out the vocals just as I had envisioned.Hope you enjoy.

Lyrics
See You in Hell

I try to see, all the good in you
But the bad, keeps bleeding through
Don’t forget who you’re talking too
I’m the one you could never fool – Yeah

You over paid for the same old sin
Can’t wait to push the needle in
Sold your soul for a bottle of gin
Rapture’s coming, it will be your end

Bridge:
You knew it would come to this
Your choices made I insist
Count the days that you’re gonna miss – me

Chorus:
I’ll see you in Hell
Satan’s ringing the bell

When you leave, don’t close the door
In walks my next score
You’ll be done on the floor
Like a dog begging for more

Don’t tell me how it’s gonna be
It’s so simple but you cannot see
We’ve been here before
Now I know you’re just a whore

Chorus:
I’ll see you in Hell
I’ll see you in Hell
Satan’s ringing the bell

On the day you said goodbye
You thought I’d run away and die
I’ve had enough of your lies
Why would I be the one to cry

I tried to hate you for so long
Now I’m just glad you’re gone
You drove me insane
I now know who’s to blame – me

Bridge:
I knew it would come to this
Your choices made I insist
Count the days that you’re gonna miss – me

See you
Love those crunchy guitars. Hard-driving rocker. Plenty of energy in the vocal. I like the riffs that run through this. Lyrics have something to say. I like the way you end it, too. All up, impressive work!

See you in hell
The combination of Woody's classic rock vocals and the killer tone and dual riffage make this song a candidate for rock legend status. All it needs is the drums to kick in... Nice one J man. Take care, Peter.

Cool track
Great song, lots of energy in the vocals.. as Peter mention it just needs the drum to kick in.. snare/hihat :) Other than that it's a great track, you guys did good! Love Heidi

There's a lot to enjoy in this track. Great guitar work, and equally great vocals. Eh, why is there only a bass drum? It's surely creative, but I can't help feeling that something is a tad lacking. Call me old-fashioned....

I have very limited time to play music these days Vic so lately I have been using canned drum loops or click tracks.I have a good "old fashioned" acoustic kit in the studio but right now there's just not enough time to do them justice...I appreciate your input.

See You in Hell
The most complete sounding rock tune that uses only a kick drum and doesn't have a bass part that I have ever heard. Interesting choice. Kicks ass and certainly puts on display the talents of you and the Woodman. Hell of a tune.

Thank you so much for that Les.Like I was telling Vic,,,Time is short these days so I try to make the best of it.Unfortunately Woody is in the same boat as a lot of us these days.ie working long hours just to stay afloat.

AC/DC meets Bad Company. I like the hook. Tasty guitar licks, and vocals are perfect for this sort of tune.

That little hook was came from a new set of strings...you know how everything sounds bright and they feel so smooth.I swerved into that lick and built the song around it.Thanks for the comment Vic,,much appreciated.

as usual, i had to put on the phones so i could listen loudly. Woody did indeed belt it thru. i read about your limited time, but you really should revisit this with bass and drums. too good to be wo them and its just screaming for em.

Sorry I'm so late on this ... bin out of the loop ... this rocks! Great guitar sounds ... Woody's distinctive vox ... and just a well done tune. I kind of like it as is ... but it would be killer if you had a whole band just kick in at some point.
Cheers

Woody is a dear friend of mine.We grew up playing music together in the 70s and went our separate ways after school. After all these years we decided to start writing our own stuff and was lucky to find a place like MacJams to share it...thanks so much for the comment.
