Your melodies are always beautiful and what I also like about this piece is the light and shade in the playing, from quite heavy accents to delightfully light touches. As always, excellent work, Paul.

I like the
feeling of thoughtful little flurries here and there.... one minute pensive the next fluttering like a butterfly and then moving into a rather grand exit....... always enjoyable Paul..... regards M

Beautiful work as always.
This is both beautifully played and composed with a sophistication that is seriously inspiring. Mentions of Bach are no surprise if you write like this.

I love the opening meander...
...and how the subsequent lines coalesce into something more 'solid' and structured, while retaining a sense of meandering melody throughout... Like a walk in the woods without more than a general sense of destination, but with some sense that of course you'll make it home...

mentioned a walk. I feel as if you're leading me along a path because you've been there before and I needed that bit of guidance. Getting there was a lovely experience. Thanks.

Hi Paul.....
I really enjoyed this piece. There was something about the flow and content that quite literally struck a chord with me. Strange, as I do enjoy all your music, but this stood out that little bit more.

Take care.

Paul

Another gem Paul
I love the shift at about 1:45 and the very accentuated ending. No fading away here!

Cheers

Dick

Been away fishing, Paul, so a bit late. Another delightful trip back to an earlier time when salon music was de rigueur. Elegant and engaging. Really enjoyed it. Regards, Peter.

You give the phrase "tickling the ivories" new meaning. I am consistently awestruck at quality of your compositions. This is another beautifully done piece. Thank you for sharing with us!
