Description
Travelling to a tropical paradise, you'd expect so much mellow to show in my music.
Well it did and, although this 1st part does have a call for calm, on the whole it's rather triumphant. Maybe I was so elated at being there with the woman I love! I don't really know...

Nice composition
Triumphant in a melancholy way. Hm, is that "bittersweet"? Not sure, but I am sure I enjoyed this one!

Thanks and take care,
Henke

Hi Henke
I can see where you might see meloncholy..
I actually see beauty and the way in which it triumphs.
That said, music can be like looking at a painting where the viewer sees something a little different that the last person.
Thank you for listening my friend.

Very beautiful, Christopher. You do have a great talent at being able to blend melodies/lines so that the whole is much greater than the sum of the parts. A delightful piece full of warmth.

Hey Philip
Thank you for commenting and indeed continuing to support me.
The warmth I felt from day one until we got home.
It was beauty it'self!

It does sound
stately. I think you have the makings of an anthem for a sovereign nation or a future space colony. I get the triumphant mood, for sure. Thanks.

Thanks Paula
I have written one anthem already(posted on here). I see where you are coming from though and my feelings do sometimes shout out in a stately manner.
Thanks for stopping by again...
