Lyrics
my love's a submarine
craziest thing you'll ever see
goes under water for months at a time
never again to be seen

looked outside the port
and i see a man with cement shoes
looks like he's going for a swim
i don't think i want to be him

then i see a shark
and he smiles at me and says these words
i can't see you unless you bleed
very strange indeed

then the submarine surfaces
things up here don't make sense to me
i will tell them to dive
cause i feel fine i feel just fine

on my submarine

Lyrically, about the craziest I've ever seen
but musically very enjoyable and your vocals are lovely.

excellent drums by echojr, this has it all, loved the jazzy part in the middle, the lyrics are very visual, they should be playing music like this on the radio, btw Im a big fan of anything sounding like bubbles :)

I really like the lyrics, Mark. They sound like they might have come in a dream... As always you have wrapped them in a quality pop wrapper. The atmosphere you create works really well. The wistful vocals work a treat. Thanks, Peter.

Entrancing
This is an absolute masterpiece! If I'd heard this on the radio I'd have pulled over and listened, completely entranced. The music captures that vibe perfectly, but your lyrics are just surreal, magic poetry that flows like watercolours.

Those two verses are gems, Mark. Each one winding off on a line that repeats in my head with a kind of innocent wonder...'don't think I want to be him'...... and the music carries me away, to a wonderfully-hued technicolour shark with a smiling mouth of deadly teeth, and he grins, and... well, very strange indeed, indeed

Fabulous, fabulous song. Should have a hundred fans and twice as many comments!

So cool
Great song and very inventive overall concept. Totally works. Love the Sharks voice. Lots of cool sounds and ideas floating around on this and all enjoyable to listen to and discover. Downloaded! BTW I'm getting a pretty good collection of your stuff now on my playlist. Sorry I'm late to this, been away from MJ for a while.
