Delightful
If I had known that this is what 'Tuesday' sounds like, I would have enjoyed it even more. Parts of this sound weightless, organic and playful. The fast parts though almost sound like you sped up the midi, is that possible? Or maybe just quantized?

Regardless, I am continually impressed and inspired by your compositions/improvisations and performance.

Delightful. Lovely light touch as you glide across the keys. Some nice light and shade in the attack, too. As always, a beautiful piece of music, Paul. Thanks for the download!

It's just music, it's just amazing.
This too has some impressive subtlety in it, just as your other recent uploads did. Subtlety and sparkle both, smooth and energetic at the same time. You are an amazing player of the piano, and it's a joy to hear any musical instrument played this well.

Beautiful Paul even if I listened to it on a Friday ... If I could turn back the hands of time I would have learned the piano. I can bash out a chord or two ... you are an inspiration to us all.

Paul, you already know I'm a fan...but I am blown away by this one. The mastering of dynamic ebbs and flows your use of the full note palette really set your playing apart, brilliant work. RoK

Nice Tuesday melody. Sounds good on Friday too! Working very well for me on a Friday night after a long week at work. Tension is just oozing away... Thank you.

Another fine piece of music Mr. Page. I wish I could play like you. I really like the arpeggio part that starts around 1:18. How do you resist the urge to ruin a perfectly good piano piece with cheesy software strings/orchestration? Seriously . . . another very fine piece.

Tuesday -
it's not Monday and it's not Wednesday and this little piece suits it perfectly. It could have been made for it in fact.

Expertly done Paul and another to add to the collection!

Cheers

Another
lovely piano piece Paul, such a delight to hear this with the delicate touch you have and the fluency of your fingers across the keys.
Look forward to hearing more piano pieces for all the other days of the week, very much enjoyed.

Well, Here It Is...
... Tuesday, May 14, 2013 and I discover it has theme music. Delightful, Paul. If you think about it, the days of the week do each seem to have their own personality in the somewhat skewed symmetry of the workaday world. This tune really does seem to fit within that scheme. I see a musical collection of daily tunes in your future, Paul. ;)

I am Thursday week away but it still sounds wonderful. Your lightness of touch and technique shine. Fire_Angel said it nicely, subtlety and sparkle. Sounds like a "week" cycle might be in the offing? Thanks, Peter.

Bravo!
I like the delicate quality of the main idea, and the way it becomes suddenly when you go into the B section with the falling fifths sequence… And then you have that lovely section in the middle in the unexpected key of E! Moving to the dominant major from a major key is of course the classical music norm, but, perhaps surprisingly, it is not common to go there in minor keys (relative major or dominant minor are the usual choices), but you make this work beautifully!

Bravo once again for another beautiful and well-crafted composition!

No two the same...
Seriously, Paul, I love the music, the performance and the recording of, I think, every piano-based tune you've produced...

I think it's past time that you were an acknowledged American folk/cult hero/treasure. Thingie. One of those things that those in the know get to know about and treasure.

There should be a boxed set of Paul Page CDs that becomes the hip new thing to study to...that gets played in library study rooms...but that also gets used to test and demonstrate high fi equipment... and demonstrate composition-that-balances-head-and-heart....

there is just nobody I'd rather listen to play the piano than you! your compositional style is so intricate, yet accessible. Your playing is as good as it gets, and on top of all that, you're a really great guy! I feel very honored to be your friend! Much love from Seattle!

If this is just music
Music is great. And it is, isn't it? It has been said before but it's just amazing how you can continue to write and perform all these gems, one after the other, and always as fresh as a spring morning. When I got here it's already summer here in Sweden, but this piece is still as fresh ;-)

Thanks again and take care,
Henrik
