Description
New Track for April 2016. This one's been in the works for a few weeks, had several other projects going on at once!

I've been working with an old friend who is an amazing drummer and we are laying drums for some of my older tracks that I always wanted to hear with real drums.

Coming soon...

This track is nuts, it's like 4 stories in one song.

Peace and Strawberries!

Drums!
Those drums sound wicked. What's the main difference you've found working with live drums? Did you collaborate all the way through or did you compose your stuff first?

Drums and more drums!
I think I got a little carried away with the drums. It was so much fun working with a drummer in person for the first time in years that I went kinda nuts on the beats.

I usually compose my stuff first, but will make modifications if something gels, which happens quite often.

Hot damn!
Talk about cookin' the percussion. Yeh. This rocks and with a hard-hitting thump of multiple instruments in counterpoint. Gets the blood boiling...Yes, many stories. Awfully intense. Twelve minutes of it was a bit much to take, but I have to hand it to your persistence. Whew. I'm exhausted.

This track took about 3 weeks to complete. The weird offbeat synth was what started the whole thing. I was tinkering with the pattern when I hit this one and then I knew what kind of beats I needed.

I'm glad you stayed with the track through the entire 12 minutes, though. it's a cool ride. I am actually working on a completely different mix right now.

Rolling on a river
More like "The River of No Return" cruise. I got lost somewhere after the second or third cataract : )

When you are on a roll .. you just have to go for it!

Nitrogen River Cruise
I hear what you mean "4 stories in one" if this song was a movie it'd be Pulp fiction...Nicely done !

Nuts on the beats...
...ain't a bad thing, but those keys are outstanding. and the production is also just slick and mesmerizing...oh i am onto another part, grand and big, piano like the wide open sky...love moving "down the river" to different landscapes...this is just wild, and i am enjoying the ride.
