Description
Inspired by a beautiful pic of Harpo and Amelia Earhart on a Marx Brothers forum I frequent. Why bossa nova? I don't know. Why not?

Lyrics
Harpo and Amelia

Don't get lost, don't get lost
Don't disappear by moonlight
Don't get lost, don't get lost
Don't disappear by starlight

Arthur, you're going places
And such a fine head of hair
Amelia, your angel face belongs in the air

Harpo, you wish your brothers were here?
Amelia, you'll be just like me - free and clear
Arthur, you're going places
And such a fine head of hair

Amelia, your plane will make you free and clear.

It's still developing, but I thought a few fresh ears would help it progress.

I forgot.
I should have chosen a background with more sky. As you can hear, I fixed the "off" section. I'll have a go at the guitars and maybe try some piano for the fade. Cheers, Sam.

Going with it
There's a Marx Brothers forum? Who knew. (I guess I need to spend more time online!) You never know where inspiration for the next song might come from : )

This has a warm and wonderful feel to it. Loving the way you stretch out those strung and sung notes.

And if all else fails .. you can always blame it on the bossa nova. Why? Because it is the dance of love.

Oh, yes
The Marx Brothers Council of Facebook takes its comedy heroes very seriously, and digs up historical references from all sources (ie the internet). Every now and then you see or hear something that touches you. This was one of them. Thank you for listening, Warren.

Harpo
I like the way the guitars interact. Clear vocals and the harmonies work well. Solid structure. Entertaining, Graham! Abrupt ending - was a second or two cut off or did Amelia's plane hit something?

Still working.
The song was only an hour or two old when I posted. I'm working to improve it, ending and all. Thanks as ever, Philip.

Yes, she does!
She looked like that in the photo too. I gave her red hair on a whim. The new singers are me in a key I don't normally use, but probably should. Ta for the like, Mr E.

His face turned out funny too
The wig was at times, pink, red and blonde. Not that you could tell in the movies. Thanks for listening, Sigmund.
