Love Is Blurred
Hello there Connie - this is a nice song, that first off I would call soft or contemporary rock. Arrangement is well put together and you have a good hook.

Before you submit this song, I'd strongly recommend you fix the autotune on your vocal. There is nothing wrong, in today's music world, to use autotune, BUT, what you want to accomplish is getting all the benefit from it, without it being too noticeable. This can be done by adjusting the speed at which autotune actually corrects your pitch. By slowing down the attach time, you can soften all those hard pitch changes, producing a less noticeable and more natural sounding vocal performance. Unless, of course, you are doing it intentionally, as if often the case in today's popular music - although if that is the case then discretion is often the key to success there.

Anyway, that is all just my opinion of course. I enjoyed listening to your song, and wish you the very best of luck with your submission.

Blurring the lines
After listening several times I find I concur with Sigmund about the use of autotune, that here it intrudes on the vocal flow and therefore is a distraction. You have a beautiful voice - why blur it?

Good luck with the contest - it should be a strong entry.

Love Is Blurred
First off, the song is very good and deserves success. I like the melody, too. Tend to agree with Sig and Warren though, auto-tune as an effect that is easy to overuse. I think it works pretty well, as is, in the chorus but I would prefer to hear a more unaffected version of your wonderful voice during the verses. Soft rock seems appropriate. Good luck with it Connie :-)
