Electronic toy
It's a Yamaha Pacifica ancestor with Fender pickups going through a Zoom G1Xon and an ART preamp. I'm not sure which effect it is. There are dozens, and many sound kind of similar. Thanks for the kind words, Chris.

Pacifica time!
Easy to get great tones out of certain Pacifica instruments. Some interesting ideas here. Thanks for sharing your work with us.

Bass too
I'm a big fan of Yamaha electrics. My bass is a Yammy too and it's splendid. Thanks for listening, Daug. More Zappa stuff, pronto, please!

Chris's Pacifica
Too bad the general public has little chance of nabbing a vintage Pacifica. They appear on ebay in diminishing numbers as the years go by, 'cos those itk gobble them up (I have 5)... imho the best instruments made in their era, Yamaha sold them at a loss trying to get market share.
Gonna disappoint ya on the FZ. Unless I can find something that fits the times... the times require something else...lol.

Gong
circa 1975 is the inspiration. When Pierre Moerlen took over, Gong went into the stratosphere and introduced me to Alan Holdsworth. I still can't play like him, but who can? (Lots of prog guitarists, that's who.) But I had fun making this, and thanks for listening, KC.

McNair in the loop
There's no live McNair drumming, but the drum loops are David. One day we will get it all together. Ta for listening, Joe.

Spooky Creeps
The whole concept works well. The opening is impressive and the bass drives things nicely. Lovely guitar tone. I like the build up and the layering. Nice one. Thanks.
