Lyrics
(as requested)

Mandatory Peace and Love ya know it's Harvest Time
Changey Hopey Horrorscopy implanted on yer mind
Everyone who wants is working all invested in the Dawn
Social Justice Unicorns smoke crack out on the lawn
These are the good old days right here, and we're who we're waiting for
Get yer act together brother and forward through the door
We're not going back!

Saved the Planet
Stopped the war
Pardoned every willing whore
Calmed the races, outspent the past
Destroyed the wealth too suspect to last
Bought the science, ate the spew
Tell us what your gonna do is more, more, more, more, more...

Welcome to the Extraverse a shadow for yer eye
Mouthing Idol worship but there's no more tears to cry
Sold the children willingly, put yer momma in the nursing home
You'd drive out to see her but yer better off alone
Friend of the Devil since '79 when you stopped the Nukes
Just a sloppy second pouting in designer Daisy Dukes
Now yer gonna tell me something from deep in yer heart
Ya just need a minute to take yer meds before ya start
Tell me, tell me, tell me baby, how's the revolution doing?
Find a way to drag everyone into yer vacant ruin?

"Solo time Buckeroo!"
"Can he play?"

(Is there something else you really want to say?)

"Precious Fascist Baby don't you waste yer time on me
I've been free of thought control since 1973."

Now a message from your party!
Simon says, "Move forward."
Simon says, "Go onward."
Simon knows what to think.
Simon knows what is best for you.
Simon knows what is better for all.
Simon says just what to do!
Simon says, "Be prepared for yer reward."

Question authority.
One world, one vision, one outcome.

Captive - Yeehaw
Kind of has that Mr Rogers Auto Tune song quality... eloquently done in usual Daug fashion, of course.

Sheeple, the sum of...
the R and D.

That aside, the instrumental music and your vocals are a delight well worth the 3:14...

Sheeple Sumation
Hello and thanks for your support on the project. More soon!
Who are they? What do they believe? How are they selected?
Where do they come from. When did they arrive? It's all there.

Warning, Will Robinson!
I'm sure time was fast-forwarding in front of me while I was listening to this. It one of those tricks, isn't it? It was really 25 minutes in length but you don't want to pay me it all back! :-) Love the keyboard work. Captive consciousness country carnival choir carolling.

Hello Peter
My remark about giving you back yer time comes from Hendrix. His remark is a serious one, but only in his understanding, his audience- little idea what he was on about...
Great question though! It is a trick. I will attempt to explain.
This subject of time is relative. Most of the material I post feature multiple warps. This offering is no exception. Listen to anything made before 1973. Wow and flutter, the wandering drummers time, and, the ebb and flow of the featured musicians time based on their emotional response to the material are aspects of this warp. This was called "feel". Every group had a "feel".
So, listen to say "Duke of Earl". The BPM wanders all over the place. (Why I despised drummers most of my life!) There are "smears" in the recording caused by the machinery used in the studio. When the vocalists are working hard, they feature a subtle hold on the tempo as well.
These aspects of modern music were removed by the digital experience, born in '73. I put them back into the projects. Why?
Popular records are soulless or "too correct" without them. We are talking about minutia? Yet, time has to be warped to maintain a "human" feel. This is the primary reason old records appear to have more soul... Time was warped, most notably by the performers and partially by the studio gear.
The immortal recording engineer, Roger Nichols, pioneered reproducing "feel" in the digital age. Search him out to examine these issues in detail.
Hendrix is another matter.

Captive Consciousness Lecture
There's a lot going on here! I'm not sure if I should listen again, or whether you did indeed take 3:14 of my time. I got lost at the graphic... I'll let my brain have a rest and then think about it.

Phil, Hello there Buckeroo!
Always so much going on. So many choices and issues.
Make a choice, or not, follow through.
Ya can listen and think about the content. The material provides evidence necessary to achieve awareness of the captive consciousness phonom. You can accept or reject the notions of course.
Your other choice is to remain asleep to the issue entirely.
What will the captive consciousness do? Complain about Bush!
Complain about the Koch brothers and the vast right wing alt conspiracy. And the Lefties? Complain about Obama, Soros, or the left wing bias in the media.
The understanding of this lecture, as requested, is something like this: there is no left or right, only above and below.
Have fun!

captivating
3:14 minutes of very creative stuff :-)
I always wonder how you put these pieces together.
I like that touch of madness and psychedelia that is so missed in modern records :-)
keep up the good work!

Hello KC
Thanks for the encouraging comment. Madness and psychedelia, ah naw, it's just a little innocent fun, lol.
My friend you are right, a psychoactive experience is required by the Muse; Hendrix, The Doors, Spirit, Zappa, Dead, Barrett's Pink Floyd, all available on the Utube... but sadly ancient history. What we got like that for the children of these days?
Big Brother will not let THAT happen again.

3:14 and counting
After 6:28 I was still at a loss as to what the lecture was about, so it was either send a request for the lyrics .. or put on the headphones and give it another 3:14.

I chose the latter. I followed along for awhile .. but then slipped into a captive unconsciousness .. which seems to be happening more and more to me these days when I listen to music. Either I'm getting better at ascendency .. or else my attention span is getting shorter as I grow older.

Of course, there's a message in music this densely layered that goes beyond any narrative, and that is the music is the message .. so quit trying to be so analytical and just enjoy the production. With that in mind .. maybe just another 3:14 outta do it.

Hello Warren
Lyrics posted at your request.
Perhaps what ya really are asking for is to have the meanings parsed? Sorry, I just make um...
Broadly, it means whatever ya think it means my friend. Meaning is in the experience of the beholder, or something...
A mentally ill person who inhabits MJ, just to repeat control verbiage of her culture here, kinda asked me for a lecture in the forums. I do love to play requests... so here ya go.
Thank you for your interest here and your kind support is appreciated. By way of example, 90% of the folks are incapable of independent thought. 60% experience mental illness but remain functional in society.
One of 9 corporations control every media source in America. That's 272 corporate executives whom control everything that is seen, heard, and thought in the United States. Captaining of consciousness has been going on at an institutional level at least since the 1920s. Dig in!

Now I can see
Thanks for posting the lyrics - that makes a huge difference in appreciating the musical experience you have created. Lots of good lines! Many of them want to explode into songs of their own .. like .. "Won't you be, be my, be my Fascist Baby."

I think you could push that date for institutionalizing mind control back almost a hundred years .. to the rise of wage slavery from the impact of the industrial revolution ("revolution" being used with cruel irony).

Experimental music is any music that challenges the commonly accepted notions of what music is. There is an overlap with avant-garde music. John Cage was a pioneer in experimental music and defined and gave credibility to the form. As with other edge
