Description
A song of love and loss done with my pal Patrick Poulou (Lafayette). He provided the backing tracks and I do the vocals and lyrics. He does the final mix. We've worked together for about 10 years, and I just love his style and talent.

Mary is back in town!
Great work with the pitch variation and vocal inflection on this track. The backing track is solidly urban and works perfectly.
I don't think you were there either, to answer the question posed in the lyric. It's a ghost song... might have benefited from a Janis Joplin reading, where the vocal becomes increasingly more emotive as the song progresses, but some of the lounge coolness would have be over-driven, but that could be a good thing...hum...

I like how the synth stabs dissolve after the intro and allow the most excellent vocals to shine,,,very cool track. Much Enjoyed right here !
