This does look seriously worrying Dick.
Just read this link on Google Chrome

If it is the end of MJ simply sign up here:

https://indiemusic.space

It is a new site very much like MJ and the late great icomp and has an active administrator who will hopefully make any necessary adjustments.

It's not over till it's over!

if the site migrates to open web standards, you shouldn’t notice much difference except that you'll no longer see prompts to run Flash on that site.

So do Simon ( or whever is running this site) need to change over?

Apparently Flash is being phased out and will be gone in 2020

https://home.bt.com/tech-gadgets/computing/software/could-it-be-the-end-of-the-road-for-adobe-flash-find-out-about-the-security-risks-and-what-you-should-do-about-it-11364012393659

Could this be the final nail in the MJ coffin?

According to the article, Firefox seems to be taking a more measured approach to the matter and will allow users the (sensible) option to bypass the Flash blocker for trusted sites — like MacJams. So not ALL hope is lost. Wink

A message from the indiemusic.space site:

To sway all worries about flash going away on Chrome, IMS uses a HTML5 enabled playback system. Rest easy, join us and enjoy
