Falling Star

Description
This is a theme I have worked with in in the past, this however is more rock oriented orchestra, in 3/4 time oddly a time signature I struggle with, the drum programing was done by bedbeats, a fine drummer in his own rite....

Hope you like Falling Star

Moving forward.
Cinematic and absolutely moving thanks to those drums... bedbeats is definitely NOT laying down on the job. I love the movement of this piece as well for the orchestration, which is constantly shifting and moving forward. Very dynamic.

Powerful
sounding and very 'new' sounding, like something breaking through.... a new dawn? Celebration? Could be a Christmas song representing the shooting Star of Bethlehem.... quite Epic sounding. Good stuff, cheers M

oh man
i've loved this theme from the first time i heard it - and i've loved every version since then. this is fabulous - a long slow build. ooh then it drops out and builds all over again. excellent work here dave. gorgeous use of brass and strings. i love the addition of the rock drums. great stuff!

nice builds
I like the rolling string undercurrent, gives this a shot of adrenaline, and has an almost Aaron Copeland-esque feel in places. The choir is nice, a little synthy but a sweet touch. Overall, a very enjoyable upbeat piece, well done!

Falling or rising
Narad is right. This rises. It has a real sense of joy and optimism --- freedom. I thought the drums and guitar were key ingredients. Well done.

Love it !
Rock orchestral and rock operatic. It has lots of places to travel. I love pieces like this . . . so full of energy and emotion. This grabs hold and then drives through to the climax. The guitar at the end is really great to finally sign this as a true rock creation. I really love this piece.

Falling
You don't disappoint, that's for sure! This song gives me chills and was quite a surprise when the drums kicked in at 03:12 from the violin runs. Kicking arss! Just builds and builds...aww, time for a cigarette...enjoyed that Shadow!
