.... or, Japanese Zen Monks jam with the Sphinx. An Egyptian-Japanese mash-up.
According to legend the Sphinx is a D.J of considerable skill.
Home made loops made from slices of Japanese shakuhachi and Egyptian percussion simmered over low flame and then allowed to ferment.
Served with additional synths and shredded loop garnishes. Enjoy.
An Ableton Live/Logic hybrid.
F.Y.I -shakuhachi(bamboo flute) playing is a form of meditation in certain sects of Japanese Zen Buddhism.

Perfect! Love this sound. Yep I have heard those flutes playing at festivals and parties in Japan. You got the real feel for the Taiko styling through out. Full, rich sounds. Cheers for the copy. Epic piece of work.

This is trippy < what a cool ride it just keeps revolving, building and making its way into the inner core of my inner brain just to melt away into backward bass fueled cool groovin drums! THanks for the download!

This is amazing! I love the all of the build ups in here, creating such beautiful imagery. There are so many unexpected stories in here that you're telling...very cool.
