Lyrics
MORNING DEW

I walk in the sunshine

I walk in the rain

As I stroll these city sidewalks

Melodies appear in my brain

Sometimes something I hear

Will give me a clue
Often times they just appear out of the air

Like fresh morning dew

And when she said to me

Why don’t you put that guitar down

You need to take a break

From the endless repetitive pounding sound

Perhaps that’s not a bad idea

And I would if I could but I can’t don’t’cha know
Because the melodies just keep a-coming
And I gotta go with the flow

In the beginning
Perhaps a little bit dramatic on the opening, but maybe that's to be expected in a song about making songs : )

What a fanfare!
I think you articulate and celebrate the creative process beautifully. I'd love to see the video to this. (Any takers?)

Think Visual
I'm a visual guy, but for some reason I never seem to get around to making any music videos. I even have an app for it : )

Spinning out
The ones that have trouble spinning their webs? Maybe. I have plenty of graphic content for video, I just never seem to get around to making any.
